Hi, I live in Melbourne, Florida with my wife Cindi where I have resided more than 20 years. I enjoy fishing, camping and other outdoor sport and recreation, but spend many working hours indoors at the desk. When I am not at my home office, I am usually on the road traveling to my next call. It is also reasonable to expect that you are happy with the services you pay for. Some jobs may take longer than others, while there are times system files may just need to be updated. I do not charge a flat fee, I charge for the time it takes a professional to repair and service your computer. Most people will agree that they are willing to pay for a service performed by a professional and expect their problem to be repaired to satisfaction. I take pride in my practice as a qualified computer repair technician. I offer same day in home computer repair in most cases. I carry common replacement parts with me to complete the job. When I leave your home or business, I want you to feel that you received a service that you were 100% satisfied with including the price. Some computer and many notebook repair jobs may require special parts ordered. I follow up on parts ordered and insure that are quality parts delivered as quickly as possible. For these types of jobs, I have a work bench that will accommodate up to three jobs at a time. I also have an area dedicated to notebook repair so that the notebook can be properly disassembled, repaired and reassembled in a methodical way. My rates are reasonably priced at $50.00 per hour for residential and $60.00 per hour for a business. I also offer remote service by appointment at $20.00 per 1/2 hour.
