I called Mike for the first time and said I wanted to bring my computer in so he could help me connect to the internet. Mike asked me a few questions, then told me what accessory I needed to buy in order to connect. I didn't need to bring it in and am now connecting with the internet. Thanks, Mike!

Mike has been to my home several times over the past few years to help with all kinds of computer-related issues/question/problems. He is respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and strives to connect with me in a way that really helps me out. Usually I'm a bit stressed when I call him and he deals with that well, too!
I'm in Tampa, my Mom's in Melbourne... her internet went out, I set up a service call and some yahoo from brighthouse told her it was her wireless router, which of course turned out to be wrong.... I usually take care of this stuff for her but couldn't get to it for a week, so I was in a bind, my Mom can hardly get by these days without facebook and skype.... found Mike this morning through an internet search and Angie's List, I emailed and he responded in about two hours... made an appointment to go out to my mom's condo two hours later (same day!) at a rate that didn't scare me... when you're at the mercy of the technician that's looking at your situation, whatever it is, because you sure don't know what's going on with it, you feel pretty helpless and you hope they don't take advantage of you... I spoke with Mike and set up her appointment, he showed up on time and was nice to my mom (she's 85) and took care of the problem in short order, no you need this and that, just got my mom back online, showed her a couple facebook tricks, didn't sell me an unnecessary router, charged a more than fair price for his services, and then called me to fill me in on what he did to fix the problem for my mom.Mike, you ought to put a flyer or two up and try to get a class going once a month over at the clubhouse, give some pointers to our parents and answer some questions, I'd make sure my mom was there for an hour, get eight or ten people at ten bucks and hour to make it worth it.... win/win....!And if you don't like that idea, just make sure you keep doing what you're doing now, 'cause you pulled me out of it today!Thanks Mike!

Mike, is awesome! I highly recommend him to all my bookkeeping clients and anyone in need of an IT person. I have known Mike for over 10 years and there has never been a computer problem he has not been able to fix and his prices are reasonable. He is definitely my go-to person for all my IT needs. I would never use anyone else.
We are still thrilled with our new computer. I don't get on it much but Gary sure does. So far all things going great and love the Trend security........It caught something the other day on my lap top. Again.......thank you so much for what you have done for us. It's a nice feeling to know there is someone you can turn to when needed for computer problems or questions.

While we were on our trip to Florida, my Dell laptop took a nosedive right in the middle of a proposal I was writing. I had to get my laptop fixed to a) recover the data, and b) finish the proposal. Mike helped me out and went out of his way to get me back on line. All I can say is thanks ( I called the guy at 10pm). There are not enough professional tech people around these days that appreciate the value of true customer service. He also recommended that I upgrade the RAM, which I did, and I was able to get back to work quickly. Thanks Mike!
